FrescoPasta was founded in 2015 by Francesco Angiuli and is a small, local, family owned business that brings the Italian tradition to your table. Our fresh pasta is made daily and we use only fresh organic ingredients from local farmers. Our desire is to offer specialty boutique pasta that you can’t find at your local grocery store.
Francesco grew up in small town, Adelfia, near Bari where his grandmother Maria taught him how to make the best fresh pasta at home. After many years of living in the States, Francesco missed the original tradition of eating and making handmade fresh pasta, which is what inspired him to start FrescoPasta.
