Honey Types

• Avocado – dark, rich, buttery, honey with a hint of the flavor of molasses. Use it on toast in a variety of ways, in your smoothies, or in cooking recipes which call for honey.
• Buckwheat – a darker, more robust honey, stronger in flavor and rich in minerals and antioxidants. It is great for all uses, does not readily crystalize, and is one of the best remedies for a cough or sore throat.
• Orange Blossom – a beautiful heavenly taste, like you’re in the middle of an orange orchard in bloom. This is a very light in color aromatic honey. It’s lovely in tea, sweetly flavors your oatmeal, great for baking, and can be used in just about any recipe.
• Sage –  very mild, almost buttery flavor. Try it on cereal, or in recipes where you want a light honey flavor.
• Wildflower – traditional, more flowery honey flavor and is a great all-around honey containing the widest variety of pollens ‘local’ to Los Angeles County
