Bee pollen contains many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, making it incredibly health benefits such as decreased inflammation, allergies, work as an antioxidant, reduce stress , as well as improved immunity, menopausal symptoms and wound healing.
Bee pollen tends to have a slightly sweet, slightly floral taste. If you’re new to bee pollen, we recommend starting with a 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon per day, with a maximum daily intake of 1 tablespoon, you can mix it with juice, water, a shake , oatmeal or anything of your preference and enjoy it.
DO NOT TAKE if you are allergic to pollen or bees.
