Smooth Operator facial soap was inspired by the traditional Haldi ceremonial mask that many Indian women use before their weddings to achieve a beautiful glow. There are various versions of it but traditionally the mask is made with yogurt, turmeric and honey. We decided to use a donkey milk base, turmeric and honey. Donkey milk has so many benefits for the skin. It hydrates and softens skin. It is especially high in Vitamin A, which is crucial in repairing damaged skin tissue and maintaining healthy skin. Turmeric contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory components. These characteristics may provide glow and luster to the skin. Turmeric may also revive your skin by bringing out its natural glow. Honey is naturally antibacterial, so it’s great for acne treatment and prevention. It is extremely moisturizing and soothing, so it helps create a glow. Please be aware that these are handmade soaps so the color may vary from bar to bar. 2 oz Suggested use: for help with acne, use everyday for 4 weeks along with “All Clear” Healing Oil or your favorite acne fighting moisturizer. To help maintain your new glow, use at least 3x a week. For healthy skin, use twice – three times a week to exfoliate dead skin cells. Use “Glow Up” restoring facial oil to moisturize.
